Firm Price Agreement:
Simply stated - your home price will not exceed
the contracted price for the home design, specification level, options
and/or upgrades outlined in the Agreement. The result is a peace of
mind at the onset of the building process.
Letters of Understanding:
Signed by each of Coastal Breeze Homes’ major,
hand-selected, Florida-licensed sub-contractors and suppliers. The
document clearly specifies the company’s high level of expectation
for skills, materials and workmanship utilized in the building of every
home.
Scope of Work Agreements:
Developed as accountability and measurement tools, and signed by all
major sub-contractors and suppliers, they explicitly describe – to
the smallest detail – the construction standards and level of professionalism
that will be maintained, and that are applicable to every inch of a
clients’ new home.
Workmanship & Quality:
Coastal Breeze Homes constructs every home with “Extra, Built-In
Quality” that reassures homeowners of the value in their new
home investment, and which will reward generations to come.
The best
traditional construction methods and top-of-the-line materials (that
have been selected to endure Florida’s climate) are combined
with structural, workmanship, and quality specifications which are
unique and specific to Coastal Breeze Homes. As a result, many of the
problems associated with Florida's unique environment, such as future
costly repairs due to moisture, mold and mildew are minimized or eliminated.
Service Guaranty:
Coastal Breeze Homes provides a ONE YEAR Service Guaranty
against defects in materials and workmanship.
